HISTORY

(God created a horse in total perfection it is thus in battle. A horse helps his master to destroy his enemy and with his hooves create a storm in the battle field)

Troubadour, horse trainer, trader and breeder, and surely one of the most exotic showmen in Rajasthan, Jodh Singh achieved fame and prestige through his partnership with Ali Baba, India's favourite dancing horse. A great, black heavyweight charger, fearsome to behold in the cool depths of this stable, he emerges as a beast of docile charm, gifted with a grace and musicality unusual in a stallion of his stature.

Throughout Rajasthan, if one were to ask of dancing horses, eyes will light up and there will be that sideways nodding of the head so peculiar to the Indian, before a reverent reply : "There is only one - Ali Baba."
